I'm going to have to do this week by week, because when I look at the big picture I get a little queasy and sore and just about sick.
After doing some research, and asking friends who had ran a FULL marathon for advice, I've come up with a training schedule for October . It starts TODAY. I've been running a good 4-5 miles everyday, with the exception of my 5 day vacation last week, so I feel like I'm in good enough shape to attack the training schedule now.
So, here goes week 1. Like I said, week by week, day by day... just gonna try to do this!
